Questions & Answers

Imagine not holding on line to talk to an office scheduler again. Wouldn’t it be wonderful to just make an appointment by the click of a button to consult with your doctor right from your location?

This is the convenience that telemedicine brings to you. There are no apps to download, no expensive hardware except your smart phone or computer.
Please note that we can only see patients located in Texas.

The purpose of your appointment is to evaluate you and prescribe tests and treatment as you would in any routine office visit. In some cases, if physical examination is necessary, we can meet in person for us to complete that at our office in Southlake, TX.

Following our appointment, we can prescribe medications, order tests etc and we will electronically send these prescriptions to the pharmacy or laboratory/imaging center. Please note that, we cannot prescribe any controlled medications like opiates (norco, dilaudid, morphine etc), benzodiazepines like xanax, valium, ativan etc and some other drugs like fioricet etc following a telemedicine interaction.

In the state of Texas, Telemedicine is being increasingly reimbursed by insurance companies. While the physicians at Invicta Healthcare donot accept all insurances and payment is due at the time of service, we will issue you an invoice and receipt upon completion of our interaction, that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. We are working with all the major insurance companies to come on board as an in network provider.
